Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Asiah — certified yoga instructor, mindfulness coach, and the founder of Mindful Muse Wellness.

This space was born from my own healing journey — navigating depression, anxiety, and the pressure of always holding it together. Along the way, I discovered the power of movement, the magic of community, and the importance of treating myself with the same care I so freely gave to others.

Mindful Muse Wellness is my way of sharing those tools — helping others reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and feel supported in the process. My classes blend gentle yoga, breathwork, and intentional reflection to create space for whatever you're carrying — stress, self-doubt, or simply the overwhelm of life.

You don’t have to be “good at yoga” to show up here. You just have to be human — willing to move, breathe, and give yourself a little more grace.

I believe wellness should feel both sacred and accessible — a mix of calm, care, and joy. Every session is an invitation to come home to yourself, and to feel held by a community doing the same.

Let’s move, heal, and grow — together.

With Love,

Asiah Johns
